National Volunteer Week 20-26 May 2024

National Volunteer Week is an annual celebration to acknowledge the generous contribution of our nation’s volunteers. In 2024 National Volunteer Week will be held from 20-26 May. The theme in 2024 is ‘Something for Everyone’.

The week-long event recognises the vital support that the millions of volunteers in our country provide to their communities and encourages people to consider volunteering. National Volunteer Week 2024 is a celebration of the diverse passions and talents everyone brings to volunteering. This year’s National Volunteer Week theme ‘Something for Everyone’ highlights that there’s a place for everyone in the world of volunteering.

Renmark Paringa Council recognises and acknowledges the contribution volunteers make in our community and encourages community members to nominate people in the Renmark Paringa council area in its National Volunteer Week Recognition Program.
