The Renmark Olympic Soccer Club Incorporated is seeking a lease for a period of forty-two (42) years (with no option to renew) for the Steve Poutakidis Sports Ground. The area proposed to be leased is situated within 83 Paringa Street and is comprised in CT Volume 5839 Folio 120.

The lease will be issued pursuant to the Local Government Act 1999, and the Council notes the following key details:

Premises being leased	The land shown as the Steve Poutakidis Sports Ground, being the land descried in Certificate of Title Volume 5839, Folio 120 as more particularly shown in red in the above plan noting that the land is community land under the Local Government Act 1999.
Term	42 years
Renewal	N/A
Commencement Date	TBC noting that the Lessee is currently in occupation of the premises but subject to the Council satisfying the requirements of its Public Consultation Policy and section 202 of the Local Government Act 1999.
Rent	$1 (inc GST) per annum, and payable if demanded
Permitted Use	The lessee will only use the Premises for the purposes of the Renmark Olympic Soccer Club operations and related activities including, if approved by the Council, for the building of new clubrooms.
