Renmark Paringa Council has announced a new development opportunity that aims to enhance the region’s housing offering.

An Expression of Interest (EOI) has been released for a prime parcel of land located on Eighteenth Street, Renmark, available through Tenders SA.

The total size of the parcel of land is 5667m2.

This development will play a key role in providing diverse and affordable housing options to meet the region’s growing needs.

Council is offering two strategically positioned parcels of land in the heart of Renmark, providing a unique opportunity for developers to contribute to the town’s long-term growth.

The aim is to deliver a mixed housing development that not only addresses the current demand for affordable homes but also supports the region’s future growth with diverse and sustainable housing options.
