Mr Christopher Pearce - New Lease Renmark Institute
Mr Christopher Pearce is seeking a further lease for a period of five (5) years (with an option to renew for a further five (5) years) for the Second Floor Multi-purpose Room of the Renmark Institute The area proposed to be leased is situated within the Renmark Institute and is comprised in CT Volume 5828 Folio 230.
The lease will be issued pursuant to the Local Government Act 1999, and the Council notes the following details:

| Commencement Date | TBC, noting that the Lessee is currently in occupation of the premises but subject to the Council satisfying the requirements of its Public Consultation Policy and section 202 of the Local Government Act 1999. |
| Rent | $4,323.31 (inc GST) per annum, and payable quarterly in advance in the first year, increased by the March Adelaide Consumer Price Index (all groups) for each subsequent years |
| Permitted Use | The lessee will only use the Premises for the purposes of the instruction of karate, self defence, natural healing, massage and/or other such business incidental thereto. |
