Renmark Bowling Club Incorporated New Lease
The Renmark Bowling Club Incorporated are seeking a lease for a period of five (5) years (with an option to renew for a further five (5) years) for the Bowling Clubrooms and associated Bowling Greens. The are proposed is shown as the Renmark Bowling Club on the plan attached as Annexure A and is comprised in CT Volume 6275 Folio 216.

The lease will be issued pursuant to the Local Government Act 1999, and in particular, the Council notes the following details:

Riverland Dinghy Club New Lease
The Riverland Dinghy Club is seeking a further (ground) lease for a period of ten (10) years (with an option to renew for a further ten (10 years) for the whole land. The area proposed to be leased is situated within the Renmark Oval Sporting Complex grounds and is comprised in Certificate of Title 5840 Folio 319.

The lease will be issued pursuant to the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) and the Council notes the following key details:

| Premises being leased | Portion of the Land being the land shown as Renmark Oval Sporting Complex, being a portion of the land comprised in Certificate of Title 5840 Folio 319 and more particularly shown in the above plan noting that the Land is community land under the Local Government Act 1999. |

The Renmark Paringa Museum Community Group is seeking a further (ground) lease from the Council for a period of ten (10) years (with an option to renew for a further ten (10) years) for the Renmark Paringa Community Museum. The area proposed to be leased is the whole of the land known as the Renmark Paringa Community Museum grounds and is CT Volume 5445 Folio 28.

The lease will be issued pursuant to the Local Government Act 1999, and the Council notes the following key details:
