The Renmark Paringa Council consults with the community on a wide range of plans, policies and by-laws.

Some of Council's documents are required to be released for community consultation by The Local Government Act (1999), while at times Council will seek public feedback to ensure its strategic direction is reflective of community needs.

Renmark Mini Movers

The Renmark Kindergym Incorporated (T/A Renmark Mini Movers) is seeking a further lease for a period of five (5) years (with an option to renew for a further five (5) years) for the main section of JD Wilkinson Pavillion. The area proposed to be leased is situated within the Renmark Sporting Complex grounds and is comprised in CT Volume 5825 Folio 696.

The lease will be issued pursuant to the Local Government Act 1999, and the Council notes the following key details:

Lessee	Renmark Kindergym Incorporated ABN 61 583 445 772 (Renmark Mini Movers)
Premises being leased	Portion of the land shown as JD Wilkson Pavillion, being a portion of the land descried in Certificate of Title Volume 5825 Folio 696 as more particularly shown in blue in the above plan noting that the land is community land under the Local Government Act 1999.
Term	5 years
Renewal	5 years
Commencement Date	TBC noting that the Lessee is currently in occupation of the premises but subject to the Council satisfying the requirements of its Public Consultation Policy and section 202 of the Local Government Act 1999.
Rent	$1,174.52 (inc GST) per annum, and payable quarterly in advance in the first year, increased by the March Adelaide Consumer Price Index (all groups) for each subsequent year
Permitted Use	The lessee will only use the Premises for the purposes of playgroup and gymnastic activities for young children and their guardians and/or other such activities incidental thereto.

A copy of the draft lease is available from the Council upon request.
